• While booking the shipment you can chose the date
• Pick time needs a minimum of 2 hours window

We arrange the Pickup from your Door
Our service department will call you to schedule the pickup
At the time of pickup, our pickup team won’t check the weight or dimensions
Weight and dimensions shall be re-checking at the airport or at the fulfillment center, if the weight is more or dimensions are more than what you have entered then the shipment will be left behind for the extra charges to be collected or the shipment will be returned.
The shipment must be labeled before the pickup team comes to your door
An Invoice must be handed over to the pickup team

Safe Delivery

• If there is any customs duty or taxes shall be on consignee’s account
• Once the duty / Taxes are paid the shipment shall be prepared for the delivery
• All the status can be tracked through the carrier’s tracking site
