AIRZONEX¡ÇS ROLE

We are a 3PL (Third Party Logistics) enabled platform. Whilst we help facilitate transactions that are carried out on the site, we do not sell the products or services available through the site. We provide a platform for the carriers, freight agents and the customers to come together to get the most competitive prices and service.
We accept payment for the service, and will pay to the service provider as you receive the service. all the claims will be made directly with the carrier or the cargo agent. The details of the carrier shall be giving to the customer immediately after the shipment is placed.
You may choose a service / carrier / Brand based on the price, reviews and reputation.

Please note the following

• 1. Your data will not be sold to a 3rd party but shall be given to the carrier for the documentation purpose.
• 2. The payment shall be a secure payment gateway. We do not have access to your data of your payment.
• 3. The shipment price may change as per the currency fluctuations, fuel surcharge changes etc.
• 4. The Customs processing may ask more data or documents at the time of the processing, which the customer need to support the carrier with.
• 5. If you are not satisfied with the service, need to inform us latest by immediately after the delivery off the package. With CC the carrier.
• 6. Any claim shall be as per the policy of the carrier. However, Airzonex will take every effort to support the customer at all times.

Our carrier Partners will accept the shipment within 24 hours from the time of placing the order and send you the labels and other relevant documents. On the regular business days. Holidays and non-working days might take longar than usual.
Insurance of the shipment may vary from carrier to carrier. However, if the shipments with a higher value can be insured separately by the shipper.

Returning of the shipment

Prohibited Items

There are shipping restrictions by the carrier, government and agencies. If the shipment returns to you due to shipper¡Çs mistake without shipping, we will refund the amount after deducting the local charges which may be a 20% plus or minus.
