How to Pack my Shipment for Express Freight Cargo

Whether your shipment is a gift, personal effect, business shipment, or samples. The most important things to make properly packed box. The idea is to protect what is inside and help it reach its destination as nothing broken and nothing missing until it gets to the consignee.
Packing is always a blend of art and science, you have to understand the capacity of the packing box. Just don’t skimp on the boxe.

• If possible use a brand new 5 ply box to pack your items
• Check the weight limit of the box , never overload
• Never expand the box by keeping larger items than its size
• Use bubble wraps and form sheets to cushion the items well
• Pack individually all items securely
• Make a packing list with value
• Seal the package well
• Mark the up side
• Label the fragile or handle with sticker

1 - Right Materials for the Packing

Always use the new boxes – Worn or wet cartons can break down under any weight. If you use 5 ply cartons and cover the box stretch wrap then your shipment is super safe.
Fragile Packing– For fragile items like dishes, Glasses and Crystals use bubble wraps, and foam sheets to wrap it tightly and keep white papers in side glasses, make sure that each item is wrapped separately.
Packing tape – Do not use masking tape or adhesive tape. Use a two-inch-wide variety of packing tape.

2 - Use the Right Size Box

Using the right size is vital, start the box making by first at the bottom, always use a little bit larger boxes than the actual size of the shipment.
Keep a corrugated sheet to cover the bottom from inside or Place a thick layer of bubble wrap at the bottom of the box. Pack the heaviest items first followed by the lightest on top.
Pack it tight – Before closing the box, add a layer of padding on top.
Weight matters – A full box should be no more than 68 pounds. Fill the carton with your items if there is empty space then fill it with packing materials.
Closing the box: after the items keep a double layer of bubble or a foam sheet and tape it to close properly
