AIRZONEX Claim Policy

Use these instructions to file claims for AIRZONEX Inc.
Terms
Shipper: one who sends the shipment
Consignee: One who receives the shipment
Consignment / shipment: what is sending
Carrier: AIRZONEX or a 3rd party carrier who the shipment is carried by

Conditions

• The shipment needs to be packed apparently in good condition by the shipper. Either by shipper or under the supervision of the shipper.
• At No circumstances the carrier accepts any items which are Flammable, Inflammable, Toxic, Chemicals, substance which are harmful to lives, arms & weapons, drugs, liquids, spirits, wines, alcohols, perfumes, batteries in all forms, power banks, tobacco and related products,
• All items must be declared for shipping documentational purpose with its value and country of origin.
• If any item found which are not declared shall be subject to prosecution or fines or both. Shipper and consignee will be liable
• The actual weight must be taken by an accurate scale any additional weight shall be billed double by the carrier.
• The dimensions must be taken exactly and declared. any ignorance or malpractice may attract penalty with a double charge even after shipping.
• Carrier has the right to re-invoice as per the dimensions and the weight measured during transit at any points of handling, handover, inspection or at customs even at the time of delivery.
• Carrier shall be liable for any damage during transit which is limited to USD 100 per shipment.
• Carrier may use a 3 PL for pickup, handling, freight, customs or delivery. However, if you chose a specific brand then carrier will strictly use that branded carrier.
• The customs authority of each nation has separate policies for customs clearance, they may require a KYC or consignee signed documents, even the presence of the consignee during inspection
• Consignee shall be responsible for any duty or taxes declared by the customs or government of the destination port.
• Airzonex is only a platform where the carriers and customers meet together.
• Airzonex accepts money from the client, and the actual carrier or an agent carry out the job.
• All claims shall be between the carrier agent, actual carrier and the customer directly
• Any refund shall be less 20% of the actual amount. And both the shipper / consignee and the carrier must confirm a refund with reasons furnished.
