Items you can't send
Some items can't fly at all, and some countries restrict what can come in. If you're not sure about something, ask us before you pack it.
Never allowed
- Explosives, fireworks and ammunition
- Weapons, including replicas and parts
- Flammable liquids and solids: lighter fluid, fuel, paint, matches
- Compressed gases and aerosol cans
- Corrosives, poisons and other hazardous chemicals
- Illegal drugs and controlled substances
- Cash and negotiable instruments
- Counterfeit goods
Restricted: ask us first
- Lithium batteries and power banks (loose or spare)
- Perfume and other alcohol-based liquids
- Medicines and supplements
- Food: fresh, meat, dairy and home-cooked food are often refused
- Jewellery, gold and high-value items
- Plants, seeds and animal products
- Tobacco and alcohol
- Phones and electronics in large quantities
Rules change and differ by destination, and the carrier and customs have the final say. Items packed against these rules can be held, returned or destroyed, and extra charges may apply. When in doubt, message us on WhatsApp or call 888 403 7959.
