How do I get a price?
Request a quote with the destination, number of boxes, and each box's weight and size. We reply with your price.
How much does it cost to ship to India?
Prices start at $36 for up to 1 kg (2.2 lb). The final price depends on weight and box size.
How is the price worked out?
By the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight (length × width × height ÷ 139 in inches). Snug boxes cost less. See the packing guide.
Can you pick up from my home?
Yes, from anywhere in the USA. You can also drop off at our New York location and save.
How heavy can a box be?
Up to 30 kg (67 lb) per box. You can send as many boxes as you need.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the destination and service. We confirm the expected delivery time with your quote, and you can follow each step online.
Do I pay customs duty?
Any duty or tax is charged by customs in the destination country and usually paid by the receiver. We don't collect duty in the USA.
What can't I send?
Aerosols, flammables, loose lithium batteries, cash and other dangerous or restricted items. See our prohibited items page, or ask us.
